4A No. 8 Kokomo defeated 3A No. 12 Peru 72-45. Kats Karson Rogers had a breakout game with a career-high 26 points and 15 rebounds. Newcomer AP Mitchell added 18 points and 12 rebounds. Flory Bidunga scored 12 points (5 for 5 FG) and grabbed 9 boards in 18:33 of action. This marked the 12th time Flory has had a perfect shooting night. Kokomo makes the long road trip to 4A No. 22 New Albany tomorrow night. In fact, the next five games for the Kats are on the road in December. They return to Memorial Gym for the Phil Cox Tourney on Dec. 22-23.
