Kokomo Athletics

The host Kats started off the season with a win against the visiting Comets from Eastern. The Kats were led in scoring by the tandem of juniors Ashtyn Goff and Mitchell McClelland. Ashtyn cruised around in 37 while Mitch shot a 41. In the JV match, Jack Verlee shot 40 while fellow Senior Easton Douglas shot a 44. The JV posted a score of 175 which was just 5 strokes higher than the Varsity squad and all then golfers broke 50! Way to go Kats. The Kats travel to Fankfort Monday to take on the Hot Dogs.
