Varsity vs Cass (75 - 40) Win Kokomo continued its strong run with a dominant 75–40 victory, cruising to another impressive win and extending its momentum as the season rolls on. The Wildkats controlled the game from start to finish, using balanced scoring and unselfish play to pull away early. Korbyn Hammel led the way with 26 points and five assists, shooting an efficient 71% from the field. Sophomore D.J. Nash added 12 points, seven rebounds, and six assists, and in the process scored the 500th point of his Kokomo career. Nash continues to be a steady all-around presence for the Wildkats. Kokomo also saw several standout individual performances across the lineup. Junior Daniel Gak posted a strong all-around night, setting personal bests with 11 points, eight rebounds, and two steals. Austin Moos matched a personal best with 11 points, while senior Caleb Taflinger recorded a career-high six rebounds. The Wildkats shared the ball effectively throughout the night, finishing with 18 assists as a team — a hallmark of their recent success. With the win, Kokomo improves to 12–5 on the season and continues to build confidence heading into the next stretch of games.
