Varsity vs Lafayette Jeff. (62 - 57) Win Kokomo took care of business Friday night, picking up a hard-fought 62–57 overtime win to extend its winning streak to four games. The Wildkats showed poise down the stretch and found a way to finish when it mattered most. Kokomo was led by Korbyn Hammel, who poured in 19 points while shooting an efficient 70% from the field. D.J. Nash followed with a strong all-around performance, finishing with 15 points, seven rebounds, and five assists. Nash has been in a groove offensively, shooting 46% or better over his last five games. Burks added 12 points, and Cosley chipped in 10, giving the Wildkats four players in double figures. Kokomo also shared the ball well, totaling 12 assists as a team. The Wildkats are now 11–2 this season when recording double-digit assists. With the win, Kokomo improves to 11–5 on the season and 3-0 in NCC play.
