Varsity vs Western High School (78 - 46) Win D.J. Nash led the Kats with 20 points, Korbyn Hammel scored 17, Baris Moore had 14 and Jamael Cosley had 10. Nash complemented his 20 points with six rebounds, four assists and two steals. The Kats shot 60.8% from the field (31 of 51), finished with 20 assists against just five turnovers, and had the dunk-o-meter reading five. Defensively, Kokomo and held Western to 40.5% shooting (17 of 42). Hammel dished a team-high five assists. Moore had four assists and four steals and Austin Moos had three steals. The Kats finished with 10 steals and a 15-2 edge in points off turnovers. Kokomo is back in action Friday night, 12/5, against Peru.
