Lady Kats drop a tough one to Culver Academies (8–3) on Saturday afternoon. Kokomo came out firing, jumping to a 12–1 lead, but the cold shooting spell that has lingered struck again. The Kats shot 26% from two and 29% from three, finishing just 8-for-33 inside the arc, ultimately falling in another close battle. Despite the offensive struggles, Kokomo stayed aggressive, earning 19 trips to the free-throw line and consistently attacking the basket — but finishing in the paint proved to be the difference. Stat Leaders: Amara Stroman – 10 points Eliana Stewart – 10 points, 5 blocks, 5 rebounds Akiera Huntsman – 5 points, 6 rebounds, 2 steals Jhordyn Brown – 8 points, 5 rebounds Satyra Scott – 6 points Defensively, the Lady Kats continue to improve every game and are growing together as a unit.
